Quick Start Guide for New Phone Systems

Awesome sauce! Your subscription has been activated. Your new cloud phone system is being created right now, and in just a few moments you'll receive an email with your login details. Once you have that email, please review the below "quick start" guide to help you get started with your CloudPhone.ONE phone system immediately.

1. Log into the admin portal.
Head to cloudphone.one, enter your email address as your username, and enter the password that was just emailed to you. Follow the instructions to change your password when prompted. When done, log into the admin portal. If you are unable to log in, please open a ticket with our support team via the contacts points listed in our How to Get Support for CloudPhone.ONE article. 

2. Activate your softphone app. 
Your brand new phone system comes complete with phone number and extension automatically set up for you. Now you just need to install our softphone app. Please follow the steps in our Installing and Activating Softphone Apps article to open your extension, and send yourself a softphone setup email. When you receive the email, follow the instructions to install and activate the softphone app on the platform of your choice.

3. Test it out!
You should now be able to make and receive calls, as well and send and receive SMS messages, through our softphone app. Our knowledge base has lots of helpful articles on how to use the features of our softphone. We recommend you start at the Quick Start - Overview of Features and Functions article to help understand the phone system admin portal, and that you review the Getting to Know the Desktop Softphone App article to help acclimate you to the softphone app.
