Microsoft 365 (Outlook) Contacts

If you make use of Microsoft 365 services, our Cloud Softphone app allows you to log into your M365 account. Your contacts from Outlook will then be present in your Cloud Softphone app.

To set up contact sync with Microsoft 365 on the Cloud Softphone desktop app, please follow these steps:
  1. Open the Cloud Softphone app and click the gear icon near the bottom left side of the app.


  2. Click on Accounts then click the Sign in with Microsoft button.


  3. Type in your email address in the Email, phone, or Skype box and click Sign in.


  4. Enter your password in the Password box and click the Sign in button. 


  5. If you have MFA enabled for your account, please use your mobile app or passkey to complete the logon process.


  6. Once sign-in is completed, you will see a Sign out from Microsoft button on the Accounts screen. Click the X in the top right corner of the Settings window to close it. 


  7. From the main app window, click Contacts on the left, click the dropdown menu at the top of the page, and select Office365. You will see your Outlook contacts listed.


  8. To call a contact, click the name of the contact, and then click the telephone handset icon on the right side.
