Accessing Microsoft 365 (Outlook) Contacts in the Cloud Softphone Mobile App

If you make use of Microsoft 365 services, our Cloud Softphone app allows you to log into your M365 account. Your contacts from Outlook will then be present in your Cloud Softphone app.

To set up contact sync with Microsoft 365 on the Cloud Softphone mobile app, please follow the steps below. 

Please note: The screenshots below are from the Android version of our mobile app. The iOS app will look slightly differently, but the process to sign into Microsoft 365 is the same. 

  1. Open the Cloud Softphone app and tap the contacts tab

  2. Tap on Address Book at the top of the app, then tap Office365.
      

  3. Tap the Sign In button.


  4. Tap Continue or Allow to permit the app to access a web browser.


  5. Enter your email address into the Email, phone, or Skype textbox, then tap Next.
      

  6. If you have MFA (multi-factor authentication) enabled on your Microsoft 365 account, please complete the sign-in process in your authenticator or Outlook Mobile apps. 


  7. Once sign-in is successful, the app will begin to sync your contacts. After a few moments, you should see them all appear.
      

  8. To call a contact, tap the telephone handset icon to the right of the contact's name.
