Admin Portal - Accessing the CloudPhone.ONE Admin Portal

CloudPhone.ONE has an admin portal both for employees (each extension), and for administrators.

Employees can only see their own settings, call details, and call recordings. They can only change their own settings.

Administrators are able to view and change settings for all extensions, access call logs for all extensions and phone numbers, and listen to recordings for all extensions and phone numbers.
