Voicemail - Accessing Your Messages

    CloudPhone.ONE defaults to sending voicemails via email. When a message is received, an audio file of the message is attached to an email that is sent to you. The audio file can be listened to on any mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop workstation. Emails may come from support@onswitchit.ca, support@cloudphone.one, or noreply@cloudphone.one.

    The CloudPhone.ONE platform also supports storing voicemails on the phone system where they are retrieved using a VoIP phone or softphone app. If your extension is configured to leave messages on the system, please follow these steps to retrieve them:

    1. From your VoIP telephone or softphone app, dial *97.
    2. When prompted, enter your PIN.
    3. Press 1 to hear your messages.
    4. After a message plays, follow the audio prompts to delete the message, replay it, or move on to the next message. 
    There is a maximum storage limit of 200 voicemails if you are storing voicemails on the system instead of emailing them.
