Admin Portal - Process - Forwarding Calls to Cover Absence

If a team member will be out of the office or has left your organization, you may wish to forward calls to another person. Please follow the steps below to set up forwarding to another team member:

  1. Log into the CloudPhone.ONE admin portal. 
  2. Navigate to Configuration > Extensions.
  3. Click on the name or extension number of the extension you wish to forward.
  4. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and locate the Additional Destinations - Active if checked section.
  5. Select the box to the left of Unconditional so that it is checked. 
  6. In the Action to Take field to the right of Unconditional, search for and select the person you wish to forward calls to.




  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.
