Call Recordings
To access call recordings, first log into the admin portal. Navigate to Status > Call History, and filter for the call you wish to hear the recording for (see Admin Portal - Call History for filtering help). Once found, click the black/white arrow in the leftmost column. Click the speaker icon next in the Extra column. If there are multiple speaker icons present, click on any one of them. The Recording Player will pop open. Click the Play button to hear the recording.
