Admin Portal - Call History

Call History
To view call history for all devices/softphones attached to your extension, log into the admin portal, and navigate to Status > Call History. A screenshot of the Call History interface is below, along with a legend that labels and describes each section of the Call History screen. Please note that all of the textboxes at the top of the columns are freeform search boxes that can be used to quickly filter your call logs. 



  1. Start date/End date | Date range to pull call records for. Stores data for 1 year by default. 
  2. Date | A specific date/time filter (ie. "2024-08-07 17:" would show call calls on August 7 between 5:00pm and 5:59pm.)
  3. Dir | Direction of the call. IN for inbound calls received, OUT for outbound  calls you placed, LOCAL for extension-to-extension calls.
  4. Caller ID number | The phone number of the caller. Your extension number if you placed the call, or the number of the person who called you if you received the call.
  5. Number dialed | The phone number that the caller dialed. If you received the call, this shows the phone number the caller used to reach you. If you placed the call, this shows the phone number that you dialed. 
  6. Disposition | The "result" of the call (answered, no answer, busy, etc.).
