Admin Portal - Extension Settings - Temporary Forwarding

To change extension settings, log into the admin portal, and navigate to Configuration Extension. After any changes are made, please scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

Temporary Forwarding
If you will be out of the office on any type of leave, you may wish to forward your extension to another team member. To set up temporary forwarding, scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Additional Destinations - Active if checked session. Check off the Unconditional checkbox. In the Action to take dropdown, you can search for an extension by name or number. Once set, callers to your phone number and extension will be re-routed to the extension you specified.
