Admin Portal - Extension Settings - Caller ID

To change extension settings, log into the admin portal, and navigate to Configuration > Extension. After any changes are made, please scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

Caller ID
Your caller ID determines what name and phone number the person you are calling will see. To change this value, scroll to the Outbound Calls section and update the External CID Name field. In the example below, the name "CloudPhone.ONE Support" is sent when a call is placed. 



Unless instructed to change it by a CloudPhone.ONE support team member, please leave the External CID Number and Emergency CID Number settings as they are.
