Please keep the following in mind when setting up hardware at a new location.
Things to Keep in Mind

Timing
- Ports will be scheduled for Monday or Tuesday mornings at 10:00am local time for the store, unless otherwise requested
- Hardware should be installed no later than 9:00am local time for the store
Networking Requirements
- New hardware packages are fully wireless, phones only require a power plug (they do not need ethernet wiring)
- If you have existing ethernet wiring you would like to use, the supplied VPN router has ports to allow up to 4 phones to connect. The store will be responsible for connecting the ethernet cables/moving the cables from your old network switch. Please note that sharing cabling with Pulse terminals is not supported.
Colour Coding
- Blue Ethernet Cable: Connects Dominos router to OnSwitch router
- Red and Black Ethernet Cables: Connect OnSwitch wifi base station to OnSwitch router
- White Power Supply: Used with OnSwitch wifi base station
- Black Power Supply: Used with OnSwitch router
- Please note that phone power supplies are also black
- The power supply inside the EdgeRouter box alongside the router itself should be used with the EdgeRouter only
- Power supplies are not interchangeable
Instructions for Connecting Equipment

When ready to connect new equipment, please follow these steps:
- Take the red ethernet cable and connect one end to port 2 on the CRC-managed Cisco Meraki router.
- Plug the other end of the red ethernet cable into port eth0 on the OnSwitch-managed EdgeRouter VPN router.
- Take the blue ethernet cable and connect one end into port eth4 on the OnSwitch-managed EdgeRouter VPN router.
- Plug the other end of the blue ethernet cable into the Network port on the white power supply.
- Take the black ethernet cable and connect one end to the PoE port on the white power supply.
- Take the other end of the black ethernet cable and connect it to the OnSwitch-managed wifi base station (Ubiquiti Unifi AC AP).
- Plug the OnSwitch-managed router and wifi base station into power.
- Wait 2 minutes.
- Plug phones into power.
Your phones will be able to make outbound calls immediately.
Inbound calls will not route through to the store until the port has completed. An OnSwitch technician will reply to the porting ticket to confirm that the port has completed. Please test inbound calling to your store, and ensure that all phones ring correctly once porting has completed.
