Voicemail - Recording Your Name

    Your name is played to a caller if they are using the Dial-by-Name Directory feature to search for your name. The name is played to the caller when their search matches your first or last name. On a match, the system will say, "For <Jane Smith> press 223", where <Jane Smith> is the name greeting that Jane recorded. 

    To record your name, please follow the steps below:
    1. From your CloudPhone.ONE app or phone device, dial *97.
    2. Enter your PIN when prompted.
    3. Press 0 for Mailbox Options.
    4. Press 3 to Record Your Name.
    5. After you hear the beep/tone, say your name.
    6. Press the pound (#) key.
    7. Press 2 to Listen to Your New Name Greeting.
    8. If you are satisfied with the recording, press 1 to Save Your Greeting.
      OR
      To re-record your greeting, press 3 to Record Your Name Greeting Again.
    9. Once your name greeting is saved, hang up your call.
