Your PIN is used to log into your voicemail so that you can record your name, busy message, and unavailable message. If you receive voicemail by dialing into the phone system (rather than by email), you will also use your PIN when retrieving your messages.
Changing Your Voicemail PIN/Password
- From your CloudPhone.ONE app or phone device, dial *97.
- Enter your PIN when prompted.
- Press 0 for Mailbox Options.
- Press 5 to Change Your Password.
- Enter a new PIN when prompted, followed by the pound (#) key.
- When prompted, enter your new PIN a second time and again press the pound (#) key.
- You will hear a message confirming your PIN has been changed. You may hang up the call at this point.
