If you need to reconfigure your desktop softphone app for a new extension, it will need to be reset. In some cases, our support team may ask you to perform a reset as well to resolve a technical problem. Please keep in mind that your softphone will not be able to make and receive calls after a reset unless you reprovision it. Please follow the steps below to perform a reset of the mobile softphone app.
- Open the settings panel by clicking the gear icon near the bottom left corner of the app.
- Click Reset Application in the navigation menu on the left.
- Click Yes when prompted to confirm the reset.
Your app is now reset.
