Resetting the Mobile App

If you need to reconfigure your mobile app for a new extension, it will need to be reset. In some cases, our support team may ask you to perform a reset as well to resolve a technical problem. Please keep in mind that your softphone will not be able to make and receive calls after a reset unless you reprovision it. Please follow the steps below to perform a reset of the mobile softphone app.

  1. Open the settings panel:
    On Android, tap the three dots menu in the top right corner of the app, then tap Settings
    On iPhone and iPad, tap the gear icon in the top right corner of the app. 

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings panel, then tap Reset Application
  3. On Android, tap Wipe Storage when prompted. 
    On iPhone and iPad, tap Clear when prompted. 

Your app is now reset.
